98. Seeking Solace

Okay lets start with the background. There is nothing eye catchy, the grass is a bit too flat and the sky is empty. Now personal I would of cropped this pic, so it only shows the characters and a bit of the background lands. Added some clouds, perhaps even some thunder. Just to give something too look at. Maybe even a moon.

Its fantasy, so maybe add some floating islands in there too, crystals floating around, tress somewhere maybe. Make it as you go along while looking at photos and tuts for inspiration.

The mice look a bit out of place. They would off perhaps be better closer to the Blue and Nicole. Nicole's wing, wing facing upside look a bit funny. It seems shorter compared to the other wing. I'm not sure what transparent wings should look like compared to bat wings but I would suggest to look at bat wings and the tuts I sent you.

Shading is good, I can see where the light is coming from, love how you did Nicole's eyes. Shows alot of emotional there, so well done. Her tail blade I would suggest to make it smaller. Remember its weight, more stuff and bigger they are the more weight it puts on her. So she will be slower and more sloppy.

I would suggest to work on your backgrounds more and a few anatomy tuts. Anatomy is good here but never hurts to look at some.
